    It's JIB's to lose. CW already has 2 LPD losses. Appy and PV can get a share.

    so, it could be Burton's outright.
    or if Burton drops one of the last two games then the winner of the Appy / PV games has huge payoff's.
    If Burton drops both games and Appy or PV wins out they win the districs outright
    then you get into a bunch of what if's and maybe's after that I guess

    Appy has one district loss to Burton.

    PV has one loss to Norton.

    Clintwood has lost to Appy and PV.
